UNE NOUVELLE VERSION DE LA PLATE-FORME DE FORMATION EN LIGNE FITNESS, D\u00c9DI\u00c9E \u00c0 L\u2019EMBALLAGE ALIMENTAIRE, VOIT LE JOUR APR\u00c8S TROIS ANS DE D\u00c9VELOPPEMENT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Le projet Fitness 2.0 a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019enseignement sur l\u2019emballage
\nalimentaire en Europe. Il s\u2019est conclu le 31\u202foctobre 2024 avec le lancement d\u2019une version enrichie de sa plate-forme de formation en ligne. D\u00e9but\u00e9e en novembre\u202f2021 et coordonn\u00e9e par l\u2019Actia (le R\u00e9seau fran\u00e7ais des Instituts techniques de l\u2019agro-alimentaire), cette initiative a r\u00e9uni onze universit\u00e9s, Instituts de recherche et centres techniques europ\u00e9ens, gr\u00e2ce au financement de la Commission europ\u00e9enne dans le cadre du programme Erasmus+. L\u2019objectif principal du projet est de r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux croissants, tant environnementaux que sanitaires, li\u00e9s aux emballages alimentaires, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation et une formation renforc\u00e9es des d\u00e9cideurs d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et de demain.<\/p>\n

AN OPEN-ACCESS COMPREHENSIVE E-LEARNING PLATFORM FOR FOOD PACKAGING LAUNCHES AFTER THREE YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Fitness 2.0 project has played a key role in enhancing food packaging education across Europe and ended on October 31, 2024, after releas ing an expanded version of its e-learning platform. Launched in November 2021 and coordinated by Actia (the French Network for Food Technology Institutes), the initiative has been a collaboration across eleven European universities, research and technical institutes with funding by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ program. The project\u2019s core objective is to address the growing environmental and health challenges associated with food packaging through enhanced education and training of current and future decision-makers.<\/p>\n
